ABC ANIMAL GAMES [free educational mobile game] – Playthrough (no commentary) & Review
ABC Animal Games is a free educational mobile game, aimed at toddlers and preschoolers. It has a series of mini-games/exercises with cute animals and is a blast to play.
Mini-Games included:
1. Alphabet Flashcards
2. Feed The Animal
3. Pet Salon
4. Hair Salon
5. Animal care
6. Animal Puzzle
7. Connect the dots
8. Spot The Difference
9. Alphabet tracing
10. Spelling learning
Now, some mini-games are more fun than others. I’ve had loads of fun trying to Spot the Differences and my six-year-old loved the Hair Salon as well as the Animal Care.
The only downside is the robotic voice-over that sometimes gives the wrong instructions, probably due to bad translation. Fortunately, this is a minor issue considering that overall the mini-games are very well made, even if they’re not highly imaginative. They are very well suited to preschoolers ages 4 to 6 that want to have a little fun while learning the alphabet, to count, and to develop fine motor skills doing little exercises like tracing letters. The ads are bothersome but for a free game, they aren’t as bad as some I’ve encountered while doing these playthroughs being quite manageable. All and all, a good experience overall.
